A minimum order of $100.00 (excluding shipping) is required to make a reservation. To place a rental order, please call and speak with one of our customer service representatives either by calling or completing the online Reservation Form . A non refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of your rental order is due at the time of reservation to hold your event date/items. Reservations made within 3 weeks of the event must be paid in full at the time of your booking. No checks are accepted if your event is within 3 weeks of placing an order to allow time for processing. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to the delivery date. All customers will need to sign our rental agreement and credit card authorization form to guarantaee the reservation. Our rental/purchase prices reflect a 3% discount for customers paying by check or money order, this does not apply to customers paying by credit which the 3% discount price will be added back to your invoice.

Our folding chair covers are for the purpose to cover your ceremony chairs and are designed to fit the standard Folding Chairs that are shown on our website ONLY. If you will be using the chair covers to use on wooden folding charis, the chair covers will have to be tucked in at the top of the seat to fit properly. We are not responsible if the chair covers do not fit on any other chair besides what is shown on our website. We encouage you to email us a photo of the chair that you will be using so that we can let you know for sure if they will fit. A sample chair cover may be requested in the amount of $20.00 so that you can try it on the chair that you will be covering. Fabric Swatches of the arch fabric and chair sash are available to ensure that the color is suitable for the intended need prior to your rental purchase.

Arrival Of Rental Items
Your rental items will arrive ready to install. There will be complete instructions included for the installation of the bamboo arch. A clear pouch will arrive with your order which will include a return instruction sheet and your (prepaid) return label(s). Please keep them in a safe place to avoid a $10.00 per label replacement fee. If labels are lost, they can only be retrieved by email.

Packages are shipped nationwide by FedEx, and will arrive 1-2 days prior to your event date. Packages to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent via FedEx 2nd Day Air. All shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. For an accurate quote, please call and speak with one of our representatives or complete the online quoe form . It is the customers responsibility to pack up the order in the original boxes and ship back the rental items on the Monday immediately following the event with the prepaid labels included that arrived with the rental order.
You may call the courier service to schedule a pick up or drop your packages off at the nearest courier service location. If you plan to schedule a pickup, it must be done 24 hours in advance, (Pick up fees may apply). The boxes that the rental linens arrived in may be used to return the rental linens (Only) if they are in good condition to do so. If boxes are damaged, you must replace the boxes at your own expense. The returns for rented items must be returned the next business day following the event and must arrive at our location no later than the date set forth at the end of your lease agreement. Late return orders will be subject to a $100.00 a day late fee for each day that the rented items are late. Please keep in mind that someone else is awaiting the arrival of their rental order and we must have all rented items back in stock on their required due date to allow us time to process them for the next customer.

Damaged, Theft Or Lost Items:
All rentalitems have a replacement value and will be charged at full replacement cost if damaged, missing or stolen. Replacement cost fee will be outlined in the rental contract. The customer is responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until they arrive back to our location.

As we have reserved the rental items especially for you and made them unavailable for others, ALL deposits are non-refundable. Orders cancelled within 30 days prior to shipping are subject to a 50% cancellation fee as deposits are non refundable.

Finalization Of Order
Final count and final payment is due 3 weeks prior to your delivery date. The final payment will automatically be charged to your credit card unless we hear from you otherwise. It is the customers responsibility to notify us of any changes to original order including; address change, shipping information, phone number, and final count on rental items. No changes will be accepted thereafter.
